  • PROCESSING TIME: The time needed to prepare an order for shipment varies. However, please allow about 1-3 business days for your package to be shipped out. For details, see individual items.

  • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept exchanges

  • CONTACT US WITHIN: 5 days of delivery.

  • SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHIN: 14 days of delivery.

We don’t accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will be happy to help.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Perishable products like (food or flowers).

  • Intimate items (for health/ hygiene reasons).

  • Digital downloads.

  • Items on sale.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
